Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — plus the digital wallets shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). All orders are placed and paid for at checkout on wackerdrive.org.

Secure processing

Payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Your card details are encrypted in transit and are never stored on our servers.

Pricing & billing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order total at checkout is the product price plus the flat $440 delivery fee to the 48 contiguous United States; any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Title and registration fees are completed by the buyer with their local DMV. Your payment method is charged when you place your order.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy: cancel any time before your trailer leaves our warehouse for a full refund including delivery, with no restocking fee. After dispatch, approved returns are refunded less the 15% restocking fee and the non-refundable delivery fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Billing questions & unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact us at info@wackerdrive.org with your order number and we will investigate promptly. You may also contact your card issuer; standard card-network dispute protections apply to all purchases.
