Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility / condition

To be eligible, the trailer must be unused, in original perfect condition, free of any signs of use, wear, or damage, with no modifications or add-ons, all original components included, and not titled, registered, or licensed in any jurisdiction. Any unit that has been used, altered, titled, or damaged after delivery is not eligible.

Non-returnable items

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order units; any titled, registered, or previously used trailer; clearance/final-sale items; and units damaged after delivery are non-returnable.

Return authorization (required)

Contact us at info@wackerdrive.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning anything. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused. We may request photos to confirm condition before authorizing.

Return shipping

Once an RMA is approved, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return freight, or we can arrange freight at the buyer’s expense. The trailer must be returned by appropriate freight in the same perfect condition. Risk of loss or damage in return transit remains with the buyer until the unit is received and inspected by us.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns of trailers that have already left our warehouse, covering freight logistics, inspection, and reconditioning, and the original $440 delivery fee is non-refundable. No restocking fee applies if your trailer has not yet left our warehouse — see Cancellations below.

Inspection & refund

On receipt we inspect the returned unit. If it meets the eligibility conditions, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, less the restocking fee and any non-refundable charges. If the unit arrives used, altered, or damaged, we may decline the refund or apply additional deductions and will contact you.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Freight damage is handled through the delivery-inspection process in the Shipping Policy (note it on the delivery receipt and report within 48 hours), and manufacturing defects through the Warranty Policy — these are handled as claims, not standard returns.

Cancellations

If your trailer has not yet left our warehouse, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of everything you paid, including delivery, with no restocking fee. Once the unit has left our warehouse, cancellations are treated as returns under this policy — a 15% restocking fee applies and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
