Limited Warranty Policy
Coverage & term
Every new trailer sold by Wackerdrive is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, rated use.
Manufacturer’s warranty
Where the manufacturer provides its own warranty, that coverage also applies according to the manufacturer’s terms, and we will help you facilitate qualifying manufacturer claims.
What is covered
Defects in factory materials or workmanship — such as structural welds, frame integrity, and factory-installed components — that occur under normal use within the warranty period and rated capacity.
What is not covered
Normal wear items (tires, brakes, bearings, lights, seals, paint/finish, fasteners); damage from overloading beyond the rated GVWR; misuse, abuse, accident, improper towing or loading; improper or absent maintenance; modifications or aftermarket alterations; corrosion or environmental exposure; cosmetic wear; freight/transit damage (handled under the Shipping Policy); and any labor, travel, downtime, towing costs, or other consequential or incidental damages.
How to make a claim
Contact us at info@wackerdrive.org within the warranty period with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/description of the issue. We may require inspection or additional documentation to assess the claim.
Remedy
If a valid defect is confirmed, Wackerdrive will, at its sole discretion, repair the defect, supply replacement parts, or replace the unit. The buyer may be responsible for transporting the unit to a designated service location for warranty work.
Transferability
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Legal
This limited warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights that vary by state. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
