Shipping & Delivery Policy

Coverage

Wackerdrive delivers to the 48 contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote/limited-access locations may require a custom freight quote; we will contact you before processing if additional charges apply.

Delivery cost

A flat delivery fee of $440 USD applies per trailer to the contiguous U.S., calculated and shown at checkout. The delivery fee is non-refundable once a unit has shipped.

Processing & delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from order confirmation, covering order processing and freight transit. Timing varies by destination, carrier scheduling, and unit availability. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays outside our control may occur.

How delivery works

Trailers ship via our freight partners. A carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery is curbside/roadside to a location safe and accessible for a large towing vehicle; you are responsible for ensuring adequate access and for offloading/receiving the unit.

Inspect before you sign (important)

Inspect the trailer thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If you observe any damage, note it in detail on the delivery receipt/bill of lading before signing and take photographs. Report any damage to us within 48 hours. Signing a clean receipt may limit your ability to claim freight damage.

Title & documents

Ownership documents (certificate of origin/title paperwork, bill of sale) are provided per applicable state requirements and may be sent separately from the unit. Registration and titling are the buyer’s responsibility.

Missed or failed delivery

If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery or the site is inaccessible, redelivery, storage, or rescheduling fees charged by the carrier may be passed on to you.
