Who we are

Wackerdrive operates this online store, selling utility, cargo, dump, equipment, car-hauler, and specialty trailers to customers across the United States as an authorized reseller. Our business contact details are available on our About and Contact pages.

Ordering, pricing & payment

All orders are placed and paid for on wackerdrive.org. Prices are in U.S. dollars and cover the product price; a flat $440 delivery fee applies to the 48 contiguous United States and is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, title, and registration fees are the buyer's responsibility. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and specifications, but in the event of an obvious error we reserve the right to correct it, or to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Order acceptance & cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel and fully refund an order before it ships. Cancellations and returns after dispatch are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping, returns, payments & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, returns and cancellations by our Return & Refund Policy, payments by our Payment Policy, and warranty coverage by our Limited Warranty Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Trailer use & buyer responsibility

Trailers are sold subject to the manufacturer's specifications and rated capacities. The buyer is solely responsible for safe, legal, and properly rated use — including towing within the vehicle's and trailer's limits, securing loads, and complying with all applicable registration, titling, lighting, and road-use laws in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability & disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wackerdrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a trailer or from use of this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Except for the limited warranty we provide, products are sold on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All content on wackerdrive.org — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Wackerdrive or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts or through the dispute-resolution process applicable in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page and takes effect when posted.
